What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the heart and soul of guest experiences. Whether it’s solving booking issues, assisting with access and amenities, or just making someone’s day better - you’ll be the human touch in a tech-powered service.

Here's how:

  • Delivering 5-star service across email, chat, and phone, using a friendly and professional tone.

  • Troubleshooting issues related to bookings, billing, access, and apartment amenities.

  • Dig deep into problems, using your detail-oriented mindset to investigate and resolve complex queries.

  • Documenting guest interactions and sharing feedback to help us continuously improve.

  • Collaborating with our operations, product, and housekeeping teams to solve issues and elevate the guest journey.

  • Acting as the voice of the customer—sharing insights to shape better services and smoother stays.

What Makes You a Fantastic Fit

  • Language skills: Fluent in French (C1) and proficient in English (B2 or higher)—both written and spoken.

  • Customer support experience: Minimum 1 year in a multichannel environment.

  • Empathy & communication: You're compassionate, a great communicator, and can put yourself in others' shoes.

  • Inquisitive, problem-solving mindset: Curious, analytical, and not afraid to explore multiple angles to find the best solution.

  • Tech-savvy: You're comfortable using multiple software tools simultaneously, including different CRMs and ticketing systems. You master new tools with ease.

  • Startup mentality: You understand that running an innovative, customer-driven product means embarking on a journey of constant change. You are willing to keep up with the learning and advance in your role every day.

  • Interest in sustainability and tech: You care about moving the planet into a greener future through the power of smart home solutions.
