Job description

Your mission: Help aspiring students to find the right courses and shift or kickstart their careers through Bildungsgutschein.  You will guide them with care, efficiency, and a personalized approach to create the opportunity for a rewarding career. 


What You Will Be Working On:

  • Consulting with potential students to understand their interests, skills, and career goals, and recommending the most suitable courses to help them succeed.
  • Develop and improve the admissions and student support process for the German market while following up with leads to drive enrollment.
  • Guide students through all stages of the enrollment process, ensuring they complete all necessary steps for the Bildungsgutschein without difficulty.
  • Identify obstacles students may face and proactively work on removing these challenges to reduce drop-off rates and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all students.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all student interactions and ensuring proper documentation for the admissions process.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the admissions process and offer recommendations for further improvements in both student experience and sales performance.

Job requirements

Professional Background:

  • Experience in sales and admissions, preferably in education or vocational training
  • Experience working with students and Bildungsgutschein is a plus
  • Ability to manage the enrollment process independently and take action when needed
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (level C1)
  • Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.

  • Empathetic approach focused on student support, offering guidance throughout the enrollment process.
